*If you've got a taste for something specific, bring it or we'll happily point you to a local shop. Meals we have together as a group, including dinners out in Florence and Viareggio, are covered. If you choose to break off and eat on your own, that meal's on you.

• Deposit$1,500 per person to hold your spot, due at booking. $1,000 of this is our non-refundable organizing fee.
• February payment$2,000 per person, due February 2027.
• Final balance$1,400 per person, due June 1, 2027.
• Total$4,900 per person, land only. Flights booked and paid for separately, on your own.

Prefer to pay in full? You're welcome to pay the full $4,900 at booking instead of the installment schedule above, whatever's easiest for you.

This trip is priced and organized as a small private gathering, not a commercial travel package. Because of that, we ask each guest to book their own flights directly with the airline. It keeps things simple, lets you use points or miles if you have them, and means your flight is entirely in your own hands if plans change.

Life happens, and we'd rather be upfront about this now than awkward about it later.

• The $1,000 feeAlways non-refundable if you cancel, regardless of timing. It covers the planning and organizing work, which happens whether or not you make the trip.
• The rest of your paymentRefundable only to the extent our vendors (villas, chef, driver) refund it back to us. If a vendor returns money for your spot, that gets passed straight back to you. If a vendor's terms are non-refundable by the time you cancel, we're not able to refund that portion either. We're simply passing along what actually comes back.
• If we cancel the tripYou get everything back, 100%, no exceptions. If we're the ones calling it off, that's on us, not you.

We genuinely recommend travel insurance for this trip. It's the easiest way to protect yourself beyond what this policy covers if something unexpected comes up between now and September.

Arrive: Pisa International Airport (PSA), September 1, 2027. Do your best to arrive before 2pm that day. If you cannot, it's best to come in a day early and get a hotel.

Depart: Pisa International Airport (PSA), September 12, 2027. Delta and others fly this route direct or with one stop from most major US cities.

Since you're flying into and out of the same airport, a standard round-trip ticket works fine, unless you want to extend your personal travels!

Please make sure your passport is valid through December 2028.

You will receive invoices to make each payment. We prefer ACH, and if you do use a credit card, there will be a 2% credit card surcharge fee added.

After your deposit is sent, you are in for Italy! I will send a form to fill in personal details, just so you have a heads-up about the process. We have all your bases covered!
