*If you've got a taste for something specific, bring it or we'll happily point you to a local shop. Meals we have together as a group, including dinners out in Florence and Viareggio, are covered. If you choose to break off and eat on your own, that meal's on you.

Total: $4,900 per person, land only. Flights booked and paid for separately, on your own. Choose whichever payment plan works best for you, all three come to the same total.

• Option 1
  Standard Plan$1,500 deposit (due September 15, 2026), $2,000 payment (due February 2027), $1,400 final balance (due June 1, 2027).
• Option 2
  Custom Plan$1,000 deposit (due September 15, 2026), plus customizable monthly installments to fit your budget. Full balance due by June 1, 2027.
• Option 3
  Pay in Full$4,900 one-time payment, due at sign up.

This trip is priced and organized as a small private gathering, not a commercial travel package. Because of that, we ask each guest to book their own flights directly with the airline. It keeps things simple, lets you use points or miles if you have them, and means your flight is entirely in your own hands if plans change.

Life happens, and we'd rather be upfront about this now than awkward about it later. This policy applies the same way no matter which payment plan you choose.

• $1,000 feeAlways non-refundable if you cancel, regardless of timing or payment plan. This deposit reserves your spot and is applied directly toward locking in our shared fixed costs, securing group vendor deposits, and organizing work behind the getaway.
• The rest of your paymentRefundable only to the extent our vendors (villas, chef, driver) refund it back to us. If a vendor returns money for your spot, that gets passed straight back to you. If a vendor's terms are non-refundable by the time you cancel, we're not able to refund that portion either. We're simply passing along what actually comes back.
• If we cancel the tripYou get everything back, 100%, no exceptions. If we're the ones calling it off, that's on us, not you.

We genuinely recommend travel insurance for this trip. It's the easiest way to protect yourself beyond what this policy covers if something unexpected comes up between now and September.

Arrive: Pisa International Airport (PSA), September 1, 2027. Do your best to arrive before 2pm that day. If you cannot, it's best to come in a day early and get a hotel.

Depart: Pisa International Airport (PSA), September 12, 2027. Delta and others fly this route direct or with one stop from most major US cities.

We depart the villa at 10:30am on September 12th. If your flight is earlier, you'll need to arrange your own taxi, but we'll help you arrange one.

Since you're flying into and out of the same airport, a standard round-trip ticket works fine, unless you want to extend your personal travels!

• Please make sure your passport is valid through December 2028.

• Invoices will be sent to your email for each payment installment. A standard 2% transaction fee is included on each invoice for online payment processing.

• After your deposit is sent, you are in for Italy! I will send a confirmation email and a form to fill in personal details. We have all your bases covered!

• Villas, vendors, and itinerary details are subject to change if something outside our control comes up (like a booking falling through). If anything changes, you'll be the first to know.
